Payment Methods

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal for orders shipping to the U.S. When your card is authorized, funds are put On-Hold until the transaction is completed and your order is processed. For your convenience, you have the option to save your bank or credit card information to your account.

Unless stated otherwise, all prices and other amounts on indeedlabs.com are quoted in U.S. dollars. You may be charged local tax, if applicable. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transaction is approved. If we are unable to complete the transaction, our Customer Service team may contact you directly to update your account information.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city/state names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement. Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement.

 

Debit Cards

We are unable to accept debit cards at this time.

 

PayPal

PayPal is an alternate method for purchasing your order on indeedlabs.com. It enables any individual with an email address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make.

 

Order Processing

If you have placed an order online you can view information on your order within the My Account section of the site. If you do not see your order displayed in this section then it was not placed and you must return to your Shopping Basket and complete the Checkout process again.

All orders take 3-4 business days to process. Orders that are placed On-Hold will experience longer processing times.

 

On-Hold Orders

All orders are subject to further verification and review by Indeed Labs™. If the billing address does not correspond to the billing address associated with your credit card, or the CVD does not match, your order will be put On-Hold for further review. Please note that the same process is followed if the credit card that is being used is an international credit card. Additionally, if we believe that your order needs to be further investigated or reviewed for any reason, the status of your order will change to On-Hold. Orders that are placed On-Hold will experience longer than usual processing times. Once we review your order and if it is deemed verified, the status of your order will change to Processing, from which this point it will take 3-5 business days to process your order. Indeed Labs™ reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.

 

Fraud Protection

As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Indeed Labs™. Indeed Labs™ reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity or where the order violates Indeed Labs’ policies. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our Customer Service team may email you at the email address you provided to confirm your order and the information that was provided. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

 

 

Delivered Orders

The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion.

If you would like to return an Indeed Labs™ product, please email support@indeedlabs.com. Returns are accepted within 30 days of you receiving the product (product delivery).
