Indeed Labs™ currently ships to Canada and the United States (U.S.). Shipping to other international destinations is unavailable at this time.
Indeed Labs™ offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (3-5 business days) on all merchandise orders that are $50 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $5.00 for standard shipping. Your shipping address must be in the U.S.
During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping, and handling charges, in U.S. dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in U.S. dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders will be shipped during business days from Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the U.S., and usually take 3-5 business days to arrive once they have been shipped out. Packages shipped to U.S. addresses do not require a signature for delivery. Our standard shipping carrier is U.S. Postal Service.
Once your order has been shipped out with the provided carrier service and you have received your tracking number, Indeed Labs™ is not liable for any delays, damages, loss, or theft that may occur to your order(s). We do not offer any replacements or refunds to orders or items that have been reported damaged or missing once they have left the warehouse. Indeed Labs™ is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and all inquiries regarding these issues must be communicated with the carrier service directly.
Delays may occur in the case of extreme weather or if shipping to remote areas.
Parcel Forwarding Services
If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any orders addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Indeed Labs™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order has been shipped out and you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your Shipping Confirmation email. The Order Confirmation email includes your order number, products ordered and prices, any promotional coupons, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the shipping method.
