Returns Policy

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. You may return any unused or unopened products that were purchased from indeedlabs.com by mail within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund to your original form of payment. No exchanges are permitted. Items purchased on indeedlabs.com that have been used or opened for any reason are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Returns are not permitted after the allowable return period.

You must provide us with your indeedlabs.com original order number and invoice for the return to be processed. The refund will be issued within 15 days of receiving your parcel. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Items purchased from other retailers, dealers, or resellers and not directly from indeedlabs.com are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Indeed Labs™ monitors order and return activity by customers for abuse, and if we detect what we consider to be excessive or potentially fraudulent order and/or return activity from a customer, that customer may be notified in writing that Indeed Labs™ will no longer accept any orders or returns from that customer. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Indeed Labs’ discretion.

Indeed Labs™ will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company or related to fraudulent activity.
