Where can I find information about your products?

When do products expire?

While our products do not have an exact expiration date, we recommend using the product for the duration of the time indicated within the PAO (period after opening) symbol. The PAO symbol looks like a little open jar icon with a number on it and can be found on either the back of the unit carton and/or component.  The number located on the symbol designates the number of months that the product can be used for once opened (i.e. 6M = 6 months).  For all inquiries relating to product expiry/shelf life, please e-mail our Customer Support team at support@indeedlabs.com.

Do you test on animals?

Indeed Labs does not test our products on animals or pay others to perform testing on animals! All of our products are tested on humans.

Where can you buy Indeed Labs internationally?

What skin type are your products for?

Our products are gentle enough to use on all skin types. Please keep in mind that we always recommend to first check with your healthcare provider before introducing any new products. In addition to this, given that everyone’s skin reacts differently to products, we would recommend that you do a patch test of the products to ensure that you do not have a reaction before introducing it to your full face.

  • To patch test, first apply a small amount of the product onto a clean dry area of skin on the upper forearm. Take care to keep the area dry for 24 hours, then rinse the area with plenty of water. If any redness, burning, itching, blistering or irritation is observed at any time throughout the test, rinse the area with water and do not use the product.

Do your products contain parabens?

Do your products have any smell or fragrance?

Can I layer my products?

Yes, our products are meant to be layered. Here is how to layer products:

  4. Vitamin C/Q10/retinol reface™ – antioxidants and retinol need to contact skin directly
  5. Boosters
  6. Serums
  7. Moisturiser/Oils – Oils are always applied as your last skincare step before SPF
